I frequent here because its close by and just really good coffee, the service is good and the new atmosphere of the revamped location is very nice. However the biggest issue I have right now is the WiFi limitations they have. Seemingly blocking social media sites and specific software from letting me connect to the WiFi. This drastically effects my enjoyment since I like to work at these coffee shops. I am unable to do my work and communicate with my team due to the WiFi limitations. I hope they adjust these limitations in the future.
I stopped by Espresso Royale, this afternoon. KYLE was on Duty...He was very welcoming and provided great customer service! I purchased a Vanilla Cappuccino and a Lemon Ginger Scone. Both were Delicious:) There is ample seating, available indoors and outdoors. Accessibility is very good. Convenient Location. Gift items are available too. Check out their Coffee Mugs with E.R. Logos on them! Nice place to unwind. Thanks, for giving me a much needed, Afternoon Boost!
I absolutely love the Chai Fridays, and love this location especially since it is so close and convenient. The scones are another plus! The only thing to note is sometimes drinks differ depending on who is working, but I haven't had anything too bad.
Stopped in for the first time... the blond lady I believe amy? Much respect she treated us like family... the guy she worked with I believe Blake or jake?? It would be nice if ya would of made more of an effort to help her... I hope you are getting good pay if not I will hire you in a heart beat... my wife asked me to offer ya a job... you definitely deserve props for such great service.... That other kid..... time to step it up buttercup... that lady worked circles around you...
Plenty of seating inside and out. Lots of different menu items to choose from. Bountiful assortment of tea, cold and hot coffees, and hot cocoas. They had many different food menu items as well. The interior was very nice and clean. The employees were also friendly and tentative to any questions or needs.
Stopped by to get my favorite coffee drink - a dirty chai with oatmilk. Staff was super friendly and fast. My dirty chai was ok. I like mine more spicy and flavorful. Next time, I will try a regular coffee or a seasonal drink!
